Only items purchased directly from Domlady are eligible for return.
2. How to Return

Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
4. Exchanges

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any fees.

After 24 hours, cancellations incur a 5% fee of the product price.

9. Return Shipping Cost

Damaged or defective items: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Change of mind / not suitable: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable.
