At Domlady, we want you to love your new bag. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for the following reasons:

  • Product not suitable: e.g., size, color, or style is not what you expected.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.

  • With all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Only items purchased directly from Domlady are eligible for return.

2. How to Return

  • Contact our support team at support@domlady.com within 30 days to initiate a return.

  • For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of the same style or size, subject to availability.

  • Contact our support team to request an exchange.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a full refund instead.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any fees.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations incur a 5% fee of the product price.

  • Requests to update recipient information or shipping address can be accommodated only if the order has not yet been handed to the shipping carrier.

  • Contact our support team as soon as possible to ensure timely handling.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Verify all order details, including shipping address and recipient information, before placing your order.

  • Contact our support team promptly for returns, exchanges, or cancellations to avoid delays.

  • Package returned items securely to prevent damage during shipping.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective during transit:

  • Contact us at support@domlady.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

  • We will work with the carrier (DHL or USPS) to resolve the issue promptly and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Our Responsibilities

  • Review and process all return, refund, exchange, and cancellation requests according to this policy.

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.

  • Communicate clearly about refund approvals, exchange availability, cancellation fees, and damaged item issues.

9. Return Shipping Cost

  • Damaged or defective items: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

  • Change of mind / not suitable: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
    Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable.
