At Domlady, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation procedures.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
- The product was purchased directly from Domlady
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@domlady.com within 30 days of delivery
- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label
- Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product (style or size), subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no cost
- Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 5% cancellation fee
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped
- Shipping address changes are only possible before shipment
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or refund after verification
7. 24-Month Limited Warranty
Domlady offers a 24-month limited warranty on all products, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use.

- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by external factors such as water, fire, or sharp objects
How to Request Warranty Service

- Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Our support team will review and provide a repair, replacement, or refund if applicable
Domlady reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the condition of the product.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or defective items: return shipping is covered by Domlady
- Change-of-mind returns: return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
