Eligibility and Potential Fees
You can return any items from the same order within 15 days of receiving them. Your return package must be sent out within 7 days after we provide you with the return instructions.
All items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. In most cases, the original shipping cost is non-refundable (the original shipping cost refers to the actual shipping fee we paid to the logistics company to deliver your order, not the amount you paid when placing the order). Unless the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part, unfortunately, we do not cover the return shipping cost. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs duties on return packages.
How to Start a Return?
To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] with a brief explanation of the reason. We will respond promptly (within 6 hours) with detailed return instructions.
Please note that items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.
How to Return the Items?
Return addresses may vary depending on the products ordered and your location. Therefore, please contact us first to request a return, and we will provide you with detailed instructions within 6 hours.
In general, please pack all items you wish to return along with the original packaging, including a document with your order number. You may choose the most economical shipping method, but it must include a tracking number.
Please return the package within 7 days of receiving the return address. After sending the package, please inform us of the tracking number, and we will contact you upon receipt of the package.
Where’s My Refund?
Once your return request is processed and the items are received at our facility, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 7 days.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
