We have simplified our return process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Eligibility and Potential Fees

You may return items from the same order within 15 days of receiving them. Your return package must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return instructions from us.

All items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached. In most cases, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. (The original shipping cost refers to the actual cost we paid to the shipping company to send your order, not the amount you paid at checkout.) Unfortunately, unless there’s a quality or order issue, we do not cover return shipping costs. Additionally, we are not responsible for customs duties on return packages.

How to Initiate a Return?

To initiate a return, please send an email request to [email protected] with a brief explanation of the reason. We will respond promptly (within 6 hours) with detailed return instructions.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Return Items?

The return address may vary depending on the items ordered and the customer’s location. Please contact us first to request a return, and we will send you detailed return instructions within 6 hours.

Generally, please pack all items to be returned with the original packaging and include a document with your order number. You may choose the most economical shipping method, but it must include a tracking number.

Please return the package within seven days of receiving the return address. Once the package is sent, inform us of the tracking number, and we will contact you upon receipt.

Where’s My Refund?

Once your return request has been processed and the items are received at our facility, we will issue a refund within 7 days via your original payment method.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

What Items Are Non-Returnable?

1. Final sale items.
2. Customized items.
3. Items marked as non-returnable and gifts cannot be returned.
